2. Keep It Fresh–We can only accept items that are unused and unassembled condition (so no“lightly used” experiments, sorry!).

3. Proof, Please–An order confirmation helps us process your return smoothly.

4. Easy Process–Start your return online, and we’ll walk you through the return process. You’ll need to purchase a return shipping label, but we’ll make it super simple.

5. Refunds & Exchanges–Once we get your item back, we’ll issue a refund after deducting the return fee—straight back to your original payment method or, if you’d rather go for 100% store credit, we’ll add an extra10% bonus credit to your refund so you can get even more out of your next purchase!

6. What’s Not Returnable?–Clearance, or final sale items—those are yours for good.
